Click Discs Updated in April 2026: Clicks at a higher temperature and clicks back sooner. Includes one low-temp and one high-temp click disc for the Tempest V1 and V2.
These new snap discs are much more likely to click separately than the previous versions. However, the exact behavior can depend on heating speed and your specific setup.
Before installing them, place both discs on a desk with the convex side up and press them at the same time with your finger. DO NOT press them in between you fingers. The one that feels harder to push is the high-temp disc — place that one into the housing first, at the bottom. The discs will be marked later on with "HT" print on the High-temp.
