Created as a premium lightweight modular alternative to the Stainless Steel Cap Armor, Titanium Cap Armor adds optimized thermal performance while preserving the familiar feel and responsiveness of the Captive Cap you already love.
Simply snap the Titanium Cap Armor over your compatible Captive Cap to enjoy smoother extractions, improved heat distribution, and extended heat cycles. The titanium construction delivers faster heat-up and cool-down times compared to stainless steel, while helping reduce the need to rotate your device during torch heating.

- Captive Caps in good condition (including Low Temp & Perforated)
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH:
- Non-Captive Caps
- Dented Caps
- PVD-coated Caps
- Special Edition engraved Caps
NOTES
Due to the nature of its press fit design, minor dents or impressions on the upper crimp of the Captive Cap are possible. This is normal and will not affect function of either part.

HOW TO USE
Installing Cap Armor:
Gently press a compatible Captive Cap into the Cap Armor until you hear an audible click. This is best done with the Captive Cap on an assembled device.
Removing Cap Armor:
Remove the Cap Armor from the Cap while installed on a tip. Hold the digger-outer with your thumb against the tip and gently wiggle and pull the Cap Armor off the Cap. This will allow the Cap Armor to separate without excessive force. Please note: It is not recommended to push the cap from the top to separate. Doing so may dent the Cap.
