Ceroma Ceramic Ball Vape Heater Housing by QaromaShop

The Ceroma fits around 165 x 3mm pearls, most of which sit directly in the heater coil zone. The additional air holes have been chamfered to increase airflow. A few threads on the cap can be sacrificed, to increase Gemstone Chamber capacity further. This is not necessary for most users.

Stretching a coil:

The coil does not need to be stretched to use with the Ceroma housing. However some people do like to separate the coils slightly to provide more even heating. If you need to stretch you coil, refer to the instructions below.

Use a small flat head screwdriver or similar tool and be careful not to slip and stab yourself in the fingers. Insert the tool in between the first coil and slowly lever it back and forth, making small adjustments. Keep sliding the tool along the coil, stretching as you go, all the way to the bottom of the coil until its stretched to the desired size. The coil needs to be stretched slightly longer than the Gemstone Chamber length, and then pushed back (like a spring) with the cap, for a good and tight fit.

Burning off a coil:

All QaromaShop kits and coils supplied through A Friend Indeed Australia come already primed for use and a coil burn off has already been performed in house. If you do need to perform a burn off for any reason, the instructions can be found below.

Place the coil in the porcelain stand, plug it in to the PID, turn it on and set to 900°F. Wait for 15-20 minutes to let the coil heat up and burn off any residual oils or contaminants from the manufacturing process. After the burn off is complete, turn off the PID and let you coil cool down completely before handling.

Fitting the wooden handle:

All QaromaShop kits supplied by A Friend Indeed Australia come with the wooden handles already fitted, however if you need to fit a replacement, follow the instructions below.

Flatten out the 5 wires inside the heater cable by rolling them under your thumb and forefinger. When you can feel they're all side by side, while still holding the cables in place, push the cable into the groove of the handle and slide the handle along the cable until the cable runs through the entire length of handle. Its easiest to start at least the length of the handle away from the coil end of the cable to give enough space to slide the handle along whilst fitting. The handle should be slid along the cable until it sits over the silver connector that connects the cable to the metal coil.
